Parties 

Each party is subject to a £45 non-refundable deposit. This amount will then be deducted from the total amount payable on the day of the party. There is a minimum total charge of £220 per hosted party. If you are unable to go ahead with your party due to a positive COVID -19 case in your household, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing [email protected]. You will have the option to rebook the party for a later date (subject to availability) or transfer your £45 deposit to the equivalent number of entry tickets to use for a day out at All Things Wild at a later date. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment for the party must be made at the Front Desk during the 2-hour party slot. Each paid child party guest will receive free entry for 1 adult. The birthday child will receive entry for 4 adult family members included in the party price. Joint Birthday parties are not entitled to additional free adults. Payment will be requested from any additional adults or siblings attending, which will be the equivalent of a day entry ticket to the park. Every party guest is subject to the party fee. Children under 3 are free of charge only if they do not require party food and party bags, they would not receive entry for 1 free adult. Season Passes cannot be used in conjunction with parties. All children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times, and therefore must not be left unattended. It is the responsibility of the person booking the party to inform All Things Wild of any guests that will be attending with any allergies or dietary requirements. All Things Wild cannot be held responsible for any food that is brought into the park that is not provided by us. Siblings will be included in the total number of children. If you do not wish to pay for siblings, please ensure you leave them off the guest list, and our front of house team will ask for parents to pay for them on arrival. Party dates and times are non-transferable. All parties are 2 hour slots. Final numbers and guest names must be emailed through to us a minimum of 1 week before the party. Parties are not confirmed until you receive our confirmation email, which will be sent within 3 days of booking. Activities outlined are subject to change and may vary dependant on circumstances. We will aim to cater for any allergies or dietary requirements that are brought to our attention 1 week prior to the party. Food items and party bags if included in your party may vary. Each Party will contain a 20-minute soft play slot, an animal enrichment activity and one other activity (weather and age dependant), this activity will be chosen and coordinated by the party host. Due to our site being an animal park, and the effects they have on the environment, we ask that you refrain from bringing balloons on site.

The birthday child and parents are permitted to arrive at 5.15pm. All guests and vehicles must be off the premises before gates shut at 7.45pm. All guests remain the responsibility of the hirer. A member of staff will be present in the case of first aid or fire incidents. Please feel free to bring your own cold food, birthday cake and refreshments. If using your own food, please ensure all rubbish is cleared up by yourselves before the end of your timeslot. Please ask if you require binbags. You may move tables/chairs and put up decoration, but please move these back to where you found them and take down any decoration before the end of the your timeslot. Your booking is for the area/s stated ONLY. No access is permitted to any other areas of the park. The rules of play, as stated on the entry to the soft play equipment, must always be adhered to. No food or drink is to be consumed in the actual soft play area. Anyone entering soft play must wear socks. Due to our site being an animal park, and the effects they have on the environment, we ask that you refrain from bringing balloons on site.
